What is the Reignfall System?

Is the Reignfall System safe for all hair types?
Yes. The system is engineered to accommodate human hair, synthetic blends, and high-quality synthetic fibers.
Does the Reignfall System require special products?
Yes. Reignfall System Detergent is a specially formulated Conditioning Shampoo Concentrate made specifically for your Reignfall Wig Washing Machine. Pair with the Reignfall System Fiber Softener Pre/Post Leave-in Conditioning Treatment for best performance and longevity.
Washer & Cleansing Questions
How long does it take to wash a wig?
2-cycle choices ranging from 10–20 minutes total, depending on your selected setting and unit density.
How many wigs can I wash at one time?
Our Wig Cleansing Bag is designed to hold one wig and up to four bundles at a time for optimal motion, cleansing, and protection.
Can I use boiling water in the washer?
NO. ONLY use COOL/LUKEWARM water. Hot water is NEVER recommended for use on commercial hair. It can open the cuticle and cause extreme tangles. Water over 120 degrees can cause damage to your machine and potentially melt the materials used in manufacturing.
Can I use the washer without the wig bag?
No. This is not recommended. Our patented mesh Wig Cleansing Bag protects your units from excessive tangling and prevents loose strands from interfering with the internal mechanism.
How much water does the washer hold?
The 18L drum holds approximately 4 gallons of water per full cycle.
Can I wash synthetic wigs with the Reignfall washer?
Yes, but we recommend using the “Speed” cycle (5-minutes) setting and cool water to maintain fiber integrity.
Dryer & Drying Questions
How long does it take to dry a wig?
Depending on the density of the unit, drying typically takes 30–45 minutes.
How many wigs can I dry at once?
The load-bearing capacity of the dryer and stand is 8 lbs, so we recommend drying no more than 4–5 wet units at a time.
Can I air dry my wigs instead of using the Reignfall dryer?
Yes, air drying is always an option, but using the Reignfall Dryer ensures even airflow and faster results.
Maintenance & Safety
How often should I clean the system?
We recommend wiping the drum and removing any residual hair or lint after every use. For optimal performance, perform a deep cleanse occasionally using a clarifying shampoo.
Is the Reignfall System energy-efficient?
Yes. Both the washer and dryer are designed for low energy consumption while maintaining salon-grade power and results.
What if my unit becomes tangled during washing?
This is rare when using the Reignfall Wig Cleansing Bag. If it occurs, spray a generous amount of Reignfall System Fiber Softener on the tangled areas, allow it to penetrate for up to 10 minutes and gently detangle by combing from the ends to the roots using a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush. It is very important to thoroughly detangle your wigs/extensions prior to cleansing. For textured hair, we recommend putting the hair in a loose braid after detangling BEFORE the cleansing process.

Does the Reignfall System come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Reignfall System includes a 60-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects and system performance issues under normal use conditions.
