Thank you for shopping Reignfallsystem.com. We design our products to protect and preserve your crown and we want you to love them. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Summary
● Full refund (original payment method) for eligible returns requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
● Store credit for eligible returns requested between 31 and 60 days after purchase.
● It is the customer’s responsibility to pay return shipping for all non-defective returns unless otherwise stated below.
● Items must be returned in original condition (see Section 3 for exceptions).
Who is eligible
● Confirmed purchases made at www.Reignfallsystem.com (online orders).
● Returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the return instructions email. Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. We reserve the right to deny any return that shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.
What we cannot accept / Final sale items
● For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be final sale (e.g., disposable hygiene items, opened or used hair masks/treatments, custom or personalized items). Final-sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page before purchase.
Defective or damaged items
● If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@reignfallsystem.com with photos and your order number. We will assess the claim and, if approved, cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund at our expense.
How to initiate a return
1. Email returns@reignfallsystem.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for return.
2. We’ll reply within 48 business hours with return instructions and an RMA number (if required).
3. Within 10-days, pack the return item(s) securely, include the order packing slip (or RMA), and ship to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Refunds vs. Store Credit
● Within 30 days: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method (less any approved restocking fee; see below), within 7–10 business days of our inspection.
● Days 31–60: Approved returns will receive store credit valid at www.reignfallsystem.com. Store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days of inspection and is valid for 12 months from issue.
● Returns requested after 60 days from purchase are not eligible for refund or credit (unless the product is defective — see above).
Return shipping & lost returns
● Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for non-defective returns. We recommend insured, trackable shipping — we are not responsible for packages lost in transit by the carrier.
● If you choose to use your own carrier, obtain and retain proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Duplicate Shipments & Carrier Issues
In the event that a replacement order is issued due to a suspected lost, delayed, or undelivered package, and the original shipment is later confirmed as delivered by the carrier, the customer is responsible for returning all duplicate merchandise received.
All items must be returned in their original, unused condition in order to qualify for a full refund.
If all items associated with the order are not returned, the refund will be adjusted accordingly, and only the returned merchandise will be eligible for reimbursement.
Reignfall System reserves the right to rely on carrier delivery confirmation, including tracking and GPS data, as proof of delivery.
If a customer believes a package was not received despite confirmed delivery, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Reignfall System will provide reasonable assistance and documentation upon request.
Restocking fees / withheld amounts
● We do not charge routine restocking fees. If a return requires significant rehandling or cannot be resold as “new,” we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable, documented rehandling/restocking amount from the refund. Any such deduction will be disclosed to you in writing and will not exceed actual rehandling and restocking costs, consistent with California regulations.
Processing time
● After we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing. Once processed, refunds typically post to your original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
