Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended. If an order requires additional time, customers will be notified via email.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination. Standard delivery typically ranges from 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are controlled by the shipping carrier, not Reignfall.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight/size of your order.

Promotional free shipping offers may apply during special campaigns.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Reignfall is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Reignfall is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a successful delivery scan by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist.

 

International Shipping 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary depending on destination and carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

 

Order Tracking
