I didn’t grow up dreaming of being an inventor or a Hollywood insider. I was a girl from Detroit who learned to turn struggle into strength. From being a teen mom and salon owner to escaping an unsafe marriage and rebuilding life in a homeless shelter with my sons—I learned that rock bottom can be the birthplace of purpose.

That same resilience led me to Hollywood, where I became a Hair Department Head for major TV and film productions, a personal stylist to some of the industry’s most powerful women, and Head of R&D for a global haircare company. Through it all, one thing never changed: my desire to create solutions that make women’s lives easier, faster, and more beautiful.
